The Colourful Dish is a shared food planning experience that helps its participants develop a go-to list of meal ideas and recipes.
Each week, a highly nutritious ingredient is selected to inspire meal ideas. You can participate in two ways:
- Try a new dish you have never tried before that features this ingredient. Tell us what you made and whether you think the recipe is a keeper.
- If you already have a tried-and-true recipe that includes this ingredient, share it!
Meal by meal, we will be creating a recipe inventory that makes life easier (and healthier) but still satisfies our love of food.
